The Serve Boldly Program Director leads the design and delivery of programs, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across locations. This educator-focused role develops curriculum, trains staff, creates faith formation for youth in grades 6–12, and ensures programming reflects Lutheran theology while remaining accessible to ecumenical partners. The Program Director brings creativity, adaptability, and vision to this growing ministry. This is a remote/hybrid position, with proximity to a GLLM site or Serve Boldly partner community preferred.
