Notes on Registration…

We are excited to have you register for the All Youth Gathering! Registration takes place in two steps:

1. Submit your GROUP REGISTRATION. This form registers your group for the program portion of the All Youth Gathering. Early bird registration is open through the end of the day on October 23, 2024. Registration closes November 10, 2024 or when event fills, whichever comes first.

2. Make your HOUSING Reservation through Cragun’s. Book your rooms early! Rooms will be held until October 28, 2024. After this date, unbooked rooms in our preferred room block will be released to the general public. (This is a date determined by Cragun’s, not the Synod.) Our rates will still be guaranteed but room availability is not. Reserve your rooms directly with Cragun’s Resort here. A note on price increase for 2024

As with everything else, our costs for hosting All Youth Gathering have steadily increased over the past few years, particurally as attendance shifts from year to year. Our planning team explored other possible sites in the synod, but we are either too big or too small for most of them. Craguns still seems to be the best fit for the current format our the event.

Given this, we have decided to increase the cost per participant by $5. Likewise, our price per pizza has gone up $2. To help even out the pricing for our congregations, we have moved from a hot breakfast to an “executive continental” breakfast. Below are the up to date registration costs for the Synod, as well as a breakdown price per individual for the room/breakfast from Cragun’s.

2024 Registration Costs:

• $35 Early bird registration per participant before Oct 23rd 
• $45 after Oct 23rd 
• $9 per pizza

Cragun’s Breakdown of Price:

Single Occupancy         $175.23 per room          $175.23 per person

Double Occupancy        $201.22 per room          $100.61 per person

Triple Occupancy           $227.20 per room          $75.73 per person

Quad Occupancy           $253.18 per room          $63.30 per person

Extra Person in same room = $25.98 (you will need to bring your own sleeping bag, etc)

Prices are per night and include: 1-night lodging ($139); Executive Continental Breakfast ($15 per person), meeting room rental fee ($5 per person); service charge on breakfast & room rental fee (21%), MN State Tax on lodging, breakfast, and room rental fee (7.375%).

Group Registration Reminders!

• Registration for the All Youth Gathering is a group registration process completed by a Primary Leader from each congregation. If you are a parent wanting to register your individual child please contact the Primary Leader from your congregation, do not register here!

• Registrations MUST include one adult leader for every seven youth. Adult leaders MUST BE at least 21 years old.

• After you submit your registration an email confirmation with a PDF of your registration information will be emailed to the Primary Leader at the email address provided. If you notice any errors, please contact our registrar at youth@nemnsynod.org.

• Your registration is not complete until your payment has been received. Your payment must be postmarked by October 23, 2024 to receive the early registration rate. All payments are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed.

• Payment can either be made online with a credit card or by mailing a check to the synod office. If you pay with a credit card, processing fees will be added.  There are no fees if paying by check.

• Registration closes November 10, 2024 or when event fills, whichever comes first.

• Group Registration includes t-shirt and all program activities.

• All participants must complete a Health and Release Form and sign a participant covenant. Forms can be found at www.nemnsynod.org/AYGRelease.
