Notes on Registration…

We are excited to have you register for the All Youth Gathering! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! THIS YEAR’S REGISTRATION PROCESS IS MUCH DIFFERENT THAN PREVIOUS YEARS!

Registration will be a two-step process! You will register your GROUP  through the NEMN Synod AYG Registration Portal, and your HOUSING through Cragun’s Resort. Both will be submitted online.

Information needed for group registration:

• Each participant’s t-shirt size

• Each participant’s name

Housing

With the growing number of special housing requests for various needs, we have moved to having congregations make their housing reservations directly with Cragun’s through a special form just for our group. Payment for housing will also be with Cragun’s and must be made by credit card.

More Housing Details:

• Participants are required to stay at Cragun’s to participate in the All Youth Gathering. Programming does not end until midnight and begins by 8:30am the next morning. Part of the experience is being together so we can be connected and build relationships.
• Book your rooms early! Rooms will be held until October 21. After this date, rates are guaranteed but room availability is not.
• Cancellations: Cragun’s is very generous with our group, and will work with congregations as much as possible when there are last minute cancellations to adjust room assignments to maximize occupancy rates. Cancellations will be allowed without penalty, but please note that you will be charged based on the final actual occupancy of your room (1 person will be charged single occupancy rate, 2 people will be charged double occupancy rate, etc.).
• You are welcome to house participants from different congregations together! You are responsible for making those arrangements.
• You are allowed to put 5 participants in one room! If you do, you are responsible for bringing your own air mattress and bedding.
• Cabins are available again this year! First come, first serve. Cabins have 1-7 bedrooms and require walking outside the main event building.
• You are expected to follow our NEMN Synod Housing Guidelines in making housing assignments.
• Substitutions and cancellations must be done in writing by contacting Casey Rahto, Cragun’s housing coordinator, at crahto@craguns.com

Registration takes place in two steps:

1. Submit your GROUP REGISTRATION. This form registers your group for the program portion of the All Youth Gathering. Early bird registration is open through the end of the day on October 20, 2026. Registration closes November 9, 2026 or when event fills, whichever comes first.

2. Make your HOUSING Reservation through Cragun’s. Book your rooms early! Rooms will be held until October 23, 2025. After this date, unbooked rooms in our preferred room block will be released to the general public. (This is a date determined by Cragun’s, not the Synod.) Our rates will still be guaranteed but room availability is not. Reserve your rooms directly with Cragun’s Resort here. 2026 Registration Costs:

• Early Registration: $35 per person (youth and adults, on or before Oct. 20)
• Standard Registration: $45 per person (youth and adults, on or after Oct. 21)

Cragun’s Breakdown of Price:

Single (one per room)                    $199.31 per person

Double (two per room)                 $113.95 per person

Triple (three per room)                 $85.48 per person

Quad (four per room                      $71.26 per person

Extra Person (five per room)     $28.58 (Participant is responsible to bring air mattress and bedding.)

Prices are per night and include: 1-night lodging; Executive Continental Breakfast ($16 per person); meeting room rental fee ($5 per person); service charge on breakfast & room rental fee (21%), MN State Tax on lodging, breakfast, and room rental fee (7.375%).

Group Registration Reminders!

• Registration for the All Youth Gathering is a group registration process completed by a Primary Leader from each congregation. If you are a parent wanting to register your individual child please contact the Primary Leader from your congregation, do not register here!
• Registrations MUST include one adult leader for every seven youth. Adult leaders MUST BE at least 21 years old.
• After you submit your registration an email confirmation with a PDF of your registration information will be emailed to the Primary Leader at the email address provided. If you notice any errors, please contact our registrar at registrar@nemnsynod.org.
• Your registration is not complete until your payment has been received. Your payment must be postmarked by October 20, 2026 to receive the early registration rate. All payments are non-refundable. Substitutions are allowed.
• Payment can either be made online with a credit card or by mailing a check to the synod office. If you pay with a credit card, processing fees will be added. There are no fees if paying by check.
• Registration closes November 9, 2026 or when event fills, whichever comes first.
• Group Registration includes t-shirt and all program activities.
• All participants must complete a Health and Release Form and sign a participant covenant. Forms can be found at www.nemnsynod.org/AYGRelease.
