Lutheran Youth Organization (LYO)

The LYO of the Northeastern Minnesota Synod refers to any and all youth who are connected to the synod through a local congregation. As an organization, we do our best to own the “organize” aspect of our coming together. How might God be calling us to organize as a ministry in bringing about positive change in the church and world? In living lives rooted in the Gospel?

LYO Leadership Team

The LYO Leadership Team is made up of those youth who have attended Youth Leadership Camp, as well as the adults who accompany them. Therefore, this team looks different every year. This team meets periodically throughout the programming year, planning All Youth Gathering, the Senior High Winter Retreat, and other events as vision and time allows.
